Organic Seed Corn
Organic Seed Corn was a natural fit into the De Dell philosophy, and we have hardly been able to keep up with demand ever since. Being a completely Non-GMO Seed Corn company, it was easy to transition into organics and we are proud to offer many of our great conventional hybrids to organic farmers. We regularly sell out of organic seed corn every year so place your orders early!

DL 3905 truly is a consistent top end performer! With above average spring vigour, DL 3905 is well suited for all soil types across a wide range of populations. Its ears will flex under low to moderate populations. Flared husks promote fast drydown on ears that have large digestible kernels. DL 3905 is a tall plant that has excellent digestibility with high grain content to make this hybrid an excellent grain or silage option.
DL 3007 is a consistent high yielding hybrid . DL 3007 has high test weight, above average health, stress tolerance, root strength, and excellent stalk strength. Consistent ears with excellent tip fill and loose husks results in excellent fall drydown. The versatility of this hybrid makes it an excellent choice as the main hybrid of this maturity.
DL 1815 is a hybrid that is widely adapted across maturities and growing environments. Exhibiting excellent cold tolerance and early growth, this hybrid is also an excellent early organic option. DL 1815 handles drought and stress well and performs well with higher populations. At maturity, DL 1815 is a hybrid with very good husk cover, fast dry down, and excellent standability.
DL 3655 is a grain hybrid that is very similar to DL 4555 but earlier. With even more vigour than DL 4555, this showy hybrid is an excellent choice for organic growers. Early season vigour and quick canopy closure can be expected from this broad leaf variety, minimizing weed pressure. DL 3808 exhibits good ear flex, adding kernels rows given the right conditions, but also maintains performance under stress. Good disease resistance especially to Northern Corn Leaf Blight. Avoid sulfonylurea (SU) herbicides as DL 3808 can be sensitive under certain conditions. For DL 3808 to perform at its peak, it is best to keep it to a moderate plant population.
